Intake Session

We complete a review of your health history, current situation, and goals. You leave with a couple initial recommendations and a clear sense of the direction we'll take together.

Our findings session translates your intake into a full picture and a clear plan forward including:
Dosha Evaluation —How your unique mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and the current imbalance (Vikriti), presented in your Health Profile are impacting your ability to reach your desired health goals.
Customized Dietary Guidance — How we eat is just as important as what we eat. We learn nourishing food practices in addition to what foods nourish and balance your specific mind-body type. There’s no rigid food list.
Lifestyle Optimization — daily routines and habits aligned with Ayurvedic principles and the rhythms of nature for long-term health
Herbal & Natural Remedies — individualized herbal education to support systemic balance
Self-Care Practices— Learn about Ayurvedic daily rituals such as abhyanga, neti pot, tongue scraping, and oil pulling, selected for your specific constitution and imbalances.
Education & Empowerment — the knowledge and insight to actively participate in your own healing journey
You leave with clarity and next steps.
SESSION 3 ONWARD
Follow-Up Sessions

Each session builds on the previous one. We review what you're noticing, refine and add practices, and layer in changes at a sustainable pace. Your Health Journey Plan evolves as your system responds — nothing is fixed or rigid. If certain recommendations do not resonate with your body, we honor this message and shift. Always respecting messages from the body.
Session Focus
Understand Ayurvedic principles and how to apply them to you specifically
Understand why symptoms are occurring and how to balance
Gradually increase supportive habits while decreasing unsupportive ones
Build a truly nourishing lifestyle that works for you
This process is both educational and experiential. As you learn the framework, you'll develop the ability to recognize imbalance and make adjustments on your own — long after our time together. This is not a quick fix or a protocol. The goal is steady progress, deepening self-knowledge, and a framework you can continue using independently.
