It's Time to Feel Good in Your Body

A 5-day Ayurvedic cleanse to reset your digestion, restore your energy, and feel at home in your body — maybe for the first time in a while.

What is an Ayurvedic Cleanse and why is it special?

When most of us hear the word "cleanse," we picture restriction — eliminated food groups, juice fasts, and white-knuckling through a week of feeling terrible.

An Ayurvedic cleanse works on a completely different principle. Rather than depriving the body, we nourish it deeply with warm, simple, easy-to-digest foods that give your digestive system a genuine rest. You will eat three meals a day. You will drink warm teas. You will slow down and care for yourself in ways that daily life rarely allows.

This feels less like a punishment and more like a gift to yourself.

Signs that a cleanse would be beneficial…

If several of these feel familiar, your body is asking for a reset.

  • You're tired — even after a full night of sleep

  • Your digestion feels off — bloating, constipation, or just never quite right

  • Brain fog that won't lift

  • Skin that's dull, breaking out, or has lost its luster

  • You keep getting sick, or feel like your immunity is low

  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or just not like yourself

  • Weight that won't budge no matter what you do

  • Cravings for sugar, caffeine, or foods you know don't serve you

  • Joint pain or that all-over stiffness that's hard to explain

  • You've lost your motivation and your spark

If you're nodding at more than a few of these — this cleanse was made for you.

Why do we cleanse in the Spring & Fall seasons?

Ayurveda teaches that we are not separate from nature — we are nature. Our bodies follow the same rhythms as the seasons, and the transitions between seasons are when the body is most naturally primed to let go.

Spring is a season of release. The heaviness, congestion, and sluggishness that built up over winter begins to loosen and move. A spring cleanse works with that momentum — kindling digestive fire and supporting the liver.

Autumn is a season of grounding. The heat of summer needs to be cleared before the cold of winter sets in. An autumn cleanse settles and stabilizes — warming the nervous system, nourishing the tissues, and protecting your health for the winter season.

In Ayurveda, cleansing is not reserved for when something is wrong. It is simply what you do to care for yourself — seasonal maintenance.

Show up for yourself twice a year, in rhythm with nature, and your body can feel good all year long.

What do we eat?

The foundation of a seasonal cleanse is kitchari — Ayurveda's healing food. A warm, nourishing one-pot meal of split yellow mung beans, basmati rice, seasonal vegetables, ghee, and delicious digestive spices. It is easy to digest, deeply satisfying, and gives your body the break it needs to redirect energy toward healing. Think of it as the most comforting bowl of food you've ever had — that also happens to be medicine.

Alongside kitchari, the cleanse includes other simple whole foods — warm spiced oatmeal in the mornings, nourishing soups, cooked vegetables, fruit, and herbal teas throughout the day. Warm water. Golden milk in the evenings.

This is not a mono-diet or a deprivation plan. You will eat real, nourishing meals three times a day — and most people are surprised by how satisfied and genuinely well-fed they feel.

But, its more than just what we eat…

An Ayurvedic cleanse is not just about what goes on your plate. It is an invitation to slow down and care for yourself in ways that daily life rarely makes room for.

Each day of the cleanse you will be guided through abhyanga — the Ayurvedic practice of warm self-oil massage. This is not a spa luxury. It stimulates lymphatic drainage, calms the nervous system, and signals safety to a body that has likely been running on stress for far too long. It is one of those practices that sounds indulgent and turns out to be some of the most powerful medicine in the protocol.

You will also prioritize sleep, gentle movement, and quiet. The body detoxifies and repairs most deeply when it is at rest — and for many people, giving yourself permission to truly rest for five days is the most radical part of the whole experience.

What You Can Expect from a Cleanse

Every body is different, and your experience will be unique to you. What our clients consistently share is this:

  • More energy — not the wired, caffeinated kind, but a steady vitality that carries through the day.

  • Digestion that feels easier.

  • A mind that is clearer and quieter.

  • Skin that starts to glow again

  • Deeper sleep.

And something harder to describe — a feeling of coming back to yourself. Of remembering what it feels like to be well.

Many clients tell us the twice a year cleanse becomes the thing they look forward to most in their Ayurvedic practices.

"By the end of my 5 day spring cleanse I felt like a strong shift towards feeling better holistically. My sleep started improving and the brain fog started to lift. My digestive discomfort dissolved by day 3. I am impressed and grateful. I look forward to doing this again in the fall."
