How do I get started?
2
Start by booking a complimentary 15-minute consultation. This call is used to understand your goals, and answer questions to determine if Ayurvedic health counseling is the right fit for your needs at this time.
What is Ayurvedic Health Counseling?
3
Ayurvedic health counseling is a holistic, preventative approach to wellness that evaluates digestion, energy, elimination, sleep, stress, and daily habits. Each session builds on the last. Sessions are typically 3 parts. First we check-in on current symptoms and progress. Next, an educational component so you can care for yourself long term. Lastly, we add new personalized recommendations for the next step in your journey. You receive a clear framework for understanding your body so you can make informed health decisions with confidence. We work to restore balance and resilience by working with the body’s natural intelligence rather than suppressing symptoms.
Is this Medical Care?
4
No. Ayurvedic health counseling is not medical diagnosis or treatment. It is educational and supportive and does not replace care from a licensed medical provider.
Who is this for?
5
What happens during our session?
6
Each session builds on the previous one. We begin by assessing your constitution and current imbalances, clarifying priorities, and introducing practical food, lifestyle, and daily rhythm adjustments.
From there, each session follows a natural rhythm as we explore how things are unfolding with your current recommendations, celebrate what's shifting, and refine what needs adjusting. We dive into an Ayurvedic topic relevant to where you are in your journey, deepening your understanding of your own body. Then we layer in the next set of recommendations, building gradually so changes feel sustainable rather than overwhelming.
How long does it take to see results?
7
Many people notice changes within days, especially in digestion and energy shifts within a couple weeks. Deeper or long-standing imbalances require consistent application over time.
No prior knowledge is required. All concepts are explained in clear, practical language.
Ayurveda is a health system, not a religion. While it recognizes the mind-body connection, all recommendations are practical and grounded.
As we wrap up our time together you leave with an individual framework for evaluating food, lifestyle, and health choices based on your unique constitution.
