Hello! I'm Christina

I’m a certified Ayurvedic Health Coach

Nowadays I eat, sleep, and breathe Ayurveda. But it wasn't always this way.

By my mid-30s, I found myself feeling physically terrible despite thinking I was doing everything right. Chronic acne, unpredictable energy, painful periods. By my late 30s, a fibromyalgia and early onset arthritis diagnosis came along to explain the muscle and joint pain.

I worked my way through every kind of doctor and practitioner looking for answers. The gynecologist recommended birth control to ease acne and heavy cycles. The dermatologist prescribed six months of antibiotics. The GI specialist had no idea what was wrong with my gut. Naturopathic doctors brought endless supplements and an ever-shrinking list of foods I could eat. Nobody was looking at the whole picture and I know that every system in my body is connected and we are part of nature. I just didn't know who could help me see it that way.

Eventually, I discovered Ayurveda, and finally everything started to make sense. Why I felt crummy despite eating well and pushing through exercise on days when fatigue was overwhelming. I started making changes and slowly I started feeling better. The better I felt, the more I needed to understand. I enrolled in a two-year ayurveda certification program, to heal myself. I went deep, and somewhere along the way I found myself feeling better and also helping my family, friends, and friends of friends. Becoming a Health Counselor wasn't my plan, but now I know it is what I’m meant to do. The awe I experience when someone learns to care for themselves and heals things that thought they were permanent is the best.

There is no shortage of diet and lifestyle advice out there. Trends, protocols, elimination plans, a new one every season, each one louder than the last. What's rare is something that actually lasts. Something that doesn't rely on willpower or restriction, but on understanding your own body so well that healthy choices are easy and preferred. Even joyful.

That's Ayurveda. It's not a diet. It's not a set of rules. It's a way of living that works with your body's intelligence, with the seasons, with your daily rhythms, with food as genuine nourishment rather than something to fear. I went from eliminating foods to savoring warm, spiced meals that felt like medicine, because they are. I went from grinding through self-care to genuinely looking forward to the ritual of loving myself. Nothing was forced, just a quiet, sustainable way of feeling well every single day. And I tell anyone who will listen because it’s changed my life.

My gut has healed. My digestion is strong. My hormones are regulating. My skin cleared. My arthritis has stopped progressing and the craziest thing my joint pain is gone. I never would have guessed I could stop the progression of arthritis. My weight returned to my normal, without trying to lose weight.
Today, despite being 15 years older than when the aches started, I feel better than I ever have and I love knowing it continues to get better.

I want this nourished state of well-being for everyone, including you. I've studied Ayurveda deeply completing a comprehensive training program and plan to continue formal education for a couple more years. I share what I've lived and what I've learned, because I believe the most powerful guidance comes from both.

I would be honored to walk this path with you.
