What to Expect From Our Sessions

I use a case-study approach to create your health journey. Root cause analysis with a plan to rebalance the system rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

INTAKE SESSION (2 HOURS)
We review your health history, current situation and health goals. You leave with an initial set of recommendations.

FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS SESSION (1.5 Hours):

  • Dosha Evaluation: Discover your unique mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and identify the current imbalance (Vikriti).

  • Customized Dietary Guidance: Receive personalized recommendations on foods that nourish and balance your unique mind/body type.

  • Lifestyle Optimization: Learn daily routines and habits aligned with Ayurvedic principles to promote long-term health.

  • Herbal and Natural Remedies: Explore individualized herbal supplements and remedies to support healing and balance.

  • Self-Care Practices: Incorporate mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, and relaxation practices for holistic well-being.

  • Empowerment Through Knowledge: Gain education and insights to actively participate in your own healing journey.

    You leave with clarity and the next recommended adjustments.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS (1.5 HOURS EACH):
Each session builds on the previous one. We review what you’re noticing, add or refine practices, adjust diet or lifestyle support, and layer changes at a sustainable pace. Nothing is fixed or rigid—the process evolves as your system responds.

Our Focus:

  • Understand Ayurvedic Principles and how to apply them

  • Understanding why symptoms are occurring and how to rebalance

  • Gradually increase supportive habits while decreasing unsupportive habits

  • Regulate digestion and the nervous system

  • Creating a truly nourishing lifestyle that works for you

This process is both an educational and experiential. As you learn the framework, long after our time together you will be able to make adjustments to your health to maintain balance.

This is not a quick fix or protocol. The goal is steady progress, education, adaptability, and giving you a framework you can continue using independently.
