Ayurveda is the world's oldest system of health and healing.
In Sanskrit, Ayur means "Life" and Veda means "Knowledge". Ayurveda means the "knowledge of life".

The Seasonal Cleanse
Twice a year — in fall and in spring — the body is naturally primed to let go. A seasonal cleanse works with that window, using food, rhythm, and gentle detoxification practices to clear accumulated toxins, reset digestion, and restore your body's natural balance.
This isn't a fast or a deprivation plan. It's a supported, nourishing process that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more energized.

What to Expect From Our Sessions
I work through a case-study approach rooted in Ayurveda, addressing the whole system rather than isolated symptoms.
Initial session:
We review your health history and health goals. We will identify your constitution (prakruti), current imbalances (vikruti), and root causes. You leave with clarity and an initial set of recommendations.
This process is both an experience and educational. As you learn the framework, long after our time together you will be able to make adjustments to your health to maintain balance.
Ongoing sessions:
Each session builds on the previous one. We review what you’re noticing, add or refine practices, adjust diet or lifestyle support, and layer changes at a sustainable pace. Nothing is fixed or rigid—the process evolves as your system responds.
The focus:
Learn and apply Ayurvedic Principles
Understanding why symptoms are occurring and how to rebalance
Gradually shifting supportive habits
Regulating digestion and the nervous system
Creating changes that are realistic and long-term
This is not a quick fix or protocol. The goal is steady progress, education, adaptability, and giving you a framework you can continue using independently.
