Cancellation Policy

Sessions are personal and sequential. Each one builds on the last, so we want you to get the full value of your program, not just a time slot. Here is how rescheduling and cancellations work.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule any session with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. There is no limit on the number of times you can reschedule this way.

Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, or miss a session without notice, a $50 fee applies before the session is rescheduled. Your session is not forfeited. This fee covers the reserved time and allows us to keep your program on track.

Repeated Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If late cancellations or no-shows happen more than once, we reserve the right to require the $50 fee be paid in advance of scheduling future sessions, or to treat the missed session as forfeited. We will always try to work with you first.

Package Expiration: Sessions included in a package must be completed within 6 months of purchase. Sessions not used within this window are forfeited.

Free Consultations: Free consultations may be rescheduled at no charge with reasonable notice. Repeated no-shows for free consultations may limit your ability to book future ones.
