Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

14 Day Return:
You may return eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Eligible Items:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. 

Final Sale Items:
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic spices, herbs, rose water, and other consumable products, these items are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement, your choice.

Return Shipping:
For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return:
Email ayurvedawithchristin@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions once the request is reviewed. 

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [X] business days.
