Ayurveda Health Pivot: 8-Session Live Zoom Class - Tuesday 6:30-8pm
Reset your digestion. Release what holds you back. Make it last.
Healthy digestion is the foundation of good health in Ayurveda. In this 8-session group course, you'll follow the same step-by-step digestive protocol I use with my 1:1 clients. You'll learn why imbalance shows up, remove what is working against your gut, and rebuild your digestive fire (agni) one practical step at a time.
Every class also includes guided meditation and hypnotherapy. These help you release mental and emotional blocks, so the changes you make in your body are easier to keep.
The Approach
Remove: Take out the daily inputs that keep irritating your gut
Replace: Support the digestive strength your body is under-producing
Reinoculate: Rebuild a diverse, healthy microbiome with real food
Repair: Nourish and restore the gut lining
Course Outline
Session 1: Doshas, Gunas, and Rhythm. Learn your constitution, start your Remove list, and set up simple daily anchors like tongue scraping, warm water, and set mealtimes.
Session 2: The Three Pillars of Health. Food, sleep, and energy. Warm breakfasts, digestive teas, and evening practices that calm the nervous system.
Session 3: Agni and Ama. How digestive fire works, what builds up when it's weak, kitchari, and food combining.
Session 4: GLP-1 and Metabolism. Supporting appetite signals and blood sugar with protein, fiber, healthy fats, and daily movement.
Session 5: The Liver. The liver's role in digestion and detox, the importance of sleep, castor oil packs, and liver-supporting foods.
Session 6: The Gut and Immune Connection. Gut repair, bone broth, fermented foods, and self-care rituals like abhyanga and nasya.
Session 7: Dinacharya and Exercise. Morning and evening routines, and how to exercise for your dosha.
Session 8: Women's and Men's Health. How the liver affects hormone balance, plus nourishing rituals to carry you forward.
