Golden milk is Ayurveda's most beloved nourishing tonic — a simple, warming combination of turmeric and spices stirred into milk that is deeply nourishing, easy to prepare, and used for everything from morning ritual to evening wind-down. The spices are what makes it medicine.
This blend is formulated specifically to reduce inflammation, calm the nervous system, and warm the body from the inside out. When out of balance, the body shows up as stiff joints, restless sleep, chronic stress, digestive discomfort, and a system that feels inflamed and depleted. Ingredients:
Turmeric is the golden heart of this blend — anti-inflammatory, liver-supportive, and responsible for the rich golden color that gives this drink its name.
Ginger brings penetrating warmth deep into the tissues, stimulates circulation, calms nausea, and soothes the gut lining.
