Twice a year, in fall and spring, the body is naturally primed to let go and reset. This 5-day guided cleanse works with that window, using meals, daily rhythm, and gentle Ayurvedic practices to clear accumulated toxins, rekindle digestive fire, and restore your body's natural balance.
This is not a fast or a deprivation plan. You are encouraged to eat nourishing meals three times a day snacks when the body needs it and be supported every step of the way.
